Our Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the date of purchase for a prompt credit. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not responsible for any product damage that occurs during return shipment, nor can we accept crushed, leaking, or soiled bottles. Omega-Direct does not pay for return shipping charges. If your order was eligible for free shipping with the original shipment, the amount of credit will be the total purchase price, less the amount of shipping that would have applied.
 
All returned orders over $500 are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return postage is paid by customer.

Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order, and wish to cancel the same, please immediately contact customer support at 1-800-595-2714. If your package has already been processed and prepared, there will be a cancellation fee equal to $15.00 + 5% of the total charge (if a credit card was used to process your order.) If your shipment has already left our warehouse, incurred shipping and return shipping charges will also be charged, in addition to the cancellation fee.

Unclaimed Shipments
If your package is returned to our warehouse unclaimed from the destination address, a refund may be issued for the original purchase amount less original (and any additional) shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Pay by Credit Card
All products may be purchased online via our (SSL) Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Charges on your statement will appear as Omega-Direct.

2. List products to be ordered including the desired quantity of each product.
3. Add shipping (see below).

Sales Tax
Sales tax (6.00%) will only be added to orders delivered to destinations in the State of Utah.

Shipping and Delivery
Place your order by 5:00 PM (EST) and your order will typically ship the same day via US Priority Service (except weekends and holidays.) Because our products are shipped directly from Norway (to provide the freshest, highest quality supplements); though rare, we occasionally experience delays in receiving shipments. Please be assured that if the product you order is on backorder status, we will ship the same to you promptly upon arrival. The shipping charge for orders with US delivery destinations is $4.95 for orders under $100 and free for orders over $100.
 
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products unless due to our error. Please contact us to purchase insurance (if so desired) prior to placing an order.

All paperwork generated in the procurement of your purchase which contains sensitive information is destroyed according to industry guidelines and requirements.
